Got a letter?

Send us the letter. We tell you what it says, what it means for you and what to do.

photo · PDF · pasted text · up to 8 pages

Screenshots of an online form work too. We explain each field.

Your name, address and numbers are removed on your phone. They never reach our server.

How it works

1

Tell us or show us

Record a voice note or send a photo of the letter. Your phone does the first step.

2

Your details stay on your phone

Your phone hides names, addresses and numbers first. Only the rest goes to an AI, which reads it and explains it in your language. It can make mistakes, so check anything important.

3

You get a plan

You see what it means, what you can expect and what to do, step by step. If you want, we write a letter in English with fields for you to fill in.

Prices

No account. No subscription. You pay only for what you use.

£0

The whole letter in your language.

£4

Ready letter

A letter in English, ready for you to fill in and send. The translation is included.

£10

All letters for your case

When one case needs 2-3 letters (for example to your employer and the council), you get all of them together, cheaper than one by one.

£4

Help with an online form

Screenshot a form section. We explain every field for free and, for £4, suggest what to write (in your language and in English).

Questions people ask

Where does the information come from, and can I check it?

From official sources: GOV.UK, NHS, Citizens Advice, Shelter, mygov.scot and council websites. Under every answer you see the links we used and the date we checked them, so you can read the source yourself. It is general information, not legal advice; for serious matters we point you to free advisers such as Citizens Advice or Shelter.

Do you save my data?

No. There are no accounts. Names, addresses and numbers are hidden on your phone before anything is sent, and we do not keep your recordings, letters or results. When you close the page, it is gone.

Is this legal advice?

No. We give general information and explain letters. We do not give legal advice, and we do not advise on immigration, debts or compensation claims.

Will the letter work?

We cannot promise a result. The letter states your case clearly and politely, in correct English, based on official sources. The decision is always made by the office or the landlord.

How much does it cost?

The explanation is free (£0). Translating a letter is £2. A ready-made letter is £4. A pack of all letters for one case is £10. Help with a form is £4.

How fast is it?

Usually within a minute or two. You speak or send a photo, and you see the explanation straight away.

Does it work in Urdu, Hindi, Polish and other languages?

Yes. You can speak or write in any language. The website itself is available in 15 languages. The letters we write to the office are in English.

How do you know a letter is a scam?

We compare it with the official GOV.UK guidance, for example HMRC's list of genuine letters. We say what looks wrong and why. If we are not sure, we tell you to contact the organisation using the details on GOV.UK.

What about deadlines?

We point out the date in your letter and what the official source says. Deadlines can be short, so act early. If a date has passed, contact the office anyway.

Does it work across the whole UK?

Yes, you can use it anywhere in the UK. Some rules differ in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and each guide marks where this is the case. Check the guide for your area.
